Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily accounts payable and receivable ledgers with precision.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Process payroll accurately, ensuring all deductions and withholdings are calculated correctly.
- Maintain general ledger systems and perform bank reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Provide detailed financial reporting and recommendations to management to support business decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
