Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and expense tracking to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and external audit schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records using accounting software.
- Process accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable collections efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve cash flow management strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros).
- Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
