Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently using our integrated HR and payroll software.
- Conduct internal audits and expense reviews to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to forecast budgets and track financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (Advanced functions).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect errors and discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
