Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure all regulatory filings are completed on time.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and expense audits to identify discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) to process transactions and generate reports.
- Collaborate with management to improve budgeting processes and financial forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
