Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports with strict attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and industry-specific accounting standards
- Implement and optimize financial systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support budget forecasting and financial planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
