Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights to clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel modeling for reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and tax compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Proven track record in financial statement analysis
