Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Process payroll entries and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Provide financial support and analysis to management to aid in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
