Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure data integrity.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and compliance filings.
- Conduct internal audits and provide financial recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification is a plus.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
