Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
