Your Role
As an integral part of our finance team, you will ensure the accuracy of financial records and manage the day-to-day financial operations of our clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our business.
Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement via our daily pay system.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
