Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- CPA certification or active pursuit is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
