Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile accounts
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks/ERP)
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
