Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting activities and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and tax filings.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices efficiently.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to maintain up-to-date financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
