Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and account maintenance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Conduct tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance (IRS, FL Dept. of Revenue)
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis for leadership
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and FL tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
