Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DoE)
- PMP or similar strategic innovation certification
