Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technology verticals (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional foresight initiatives identifying paradigm shifts and disruption vectors
- Produce high-impact trend briefings for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen human-machine symbiosis and augmentation
- Coordinate with global research institutions to accelerate sustainable innovation pipelines
- Present strategic visions at Davos-level forums and industry summits
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech companies
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, GPT-4 strategic modules)
- Track record of influencing multi-billion dollar R&D roadmaps
- Fluency in at least two languages with emphasis on Mandarin or Arabic markets
