Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and analysts while maintaining cutting-edge expertise in exponential technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor committees quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
