- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Advose on organizational adaptation strategies for 2026+ market landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures methodologies preferred
