Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Produce actionable white papers and executive briefings on future industry disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
- Establish KPIs to track long-term strategic initiatives and adapt to changing landscapes
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal future-focused knowledge ecosystem
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and quantitative trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends and strategic foresight
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis) and data visualization platforms
