- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future market opportunities and disruptor threats
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies including AGI and neuro interfaces
- Represent FutureWorks at global forums like Davos and World Economic Summits
- Mentor internal teams in future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futures research with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and climate tech
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or related foresight methodology preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term technology commercialization
