- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational strategies
- Produce white papers and trend reports on societal shifts impacting global markets
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Represent the company at global futurism summits and industry symposiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, and synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing Fortune 500 audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in CFAP (Certified Foresight Professional) or equivalent
