- Produce trend intelligence reports with quantitative and qualitative forecasting
- Design innovation pathways for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
