Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for future product ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging concepts
- Present strategic foresight to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists and thought leaders
- Produce high-impact reports and scenario-planning documents
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align organizational goals with future opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
