- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-industry innovation ecosystems with academic and corporate partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (Web4.0, AGI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
