Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and cultural shifts through 2026 lens
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI governance, and biotechnology evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly 'Horizon 2026' reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Identify emerging market opportunities in space commercialization, neurotech, and sustainable energy
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present findings at global forums like Davos and World Economic Summit
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: quantum computing, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Systems Dynamics
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with data visualization mastery
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategic pivots
