- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and regulatory shifts
- Design sustainable business models aligned with 2030 UN SDGs
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio published in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
