Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning

- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of future solutions
- Build and maintain external partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Analyze geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts to inform strategic priorities
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field

- Ability to synthesize complex information into compelling executive narratives
