Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on future-focused business strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic readiness and innovation pipeline maturity
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy publications
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
