Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive trends and adaptive frameworks
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic implementation success
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions
- Maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory role
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
