- Secure $10M+ annual R&D funding through compelling investor presentations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar (2020-2023)
- Proven track record scaling tech from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or fusion energy
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
