You'll shape our 5-year innovation roadmap while mentoring cross-functional teams to pioneer breakthroughs in Web3, biotech integration, and climate tech.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and autonomous systems
- Develop strategic partnerships with tech incubators, academic institutions, and venture capital firms
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with competitive advantage potential
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investors securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Mentor technical teams in agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Oversee IP portfolio management and patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven disruption track record
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
- Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure, decentralized systems, and token economics
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding through investor relations and grant writing
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Design Innovation, or Technology Strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
