- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and government entities
- Drive ESG initiatives through circular economy implementation
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in futures methodology and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or Business
- Proficiency in Python, data modeling, and innovation frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants
- Certification in Sustainable Innovation or equivalent
