Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future workforce paradigms
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation progress toward 2026 milestones
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven expertise in trend analysis with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and scenario modeling software
- Track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
