Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops to generate disruptive solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage the innovation portfolio from ideation to market validation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future trend analysis
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
