Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech verticals
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive opportunities in $1T+ emerging markets
- Design and validate minimum viable prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic blueprints to Fortune 500 clients and secure multi-million dollar innovation partnerships
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI targets exceeding 300%
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring exponential technology adoption curves
- Mentor a global team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital with exponential tech focus
- Proven track record launching products generating $50M+ revenue from emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AGI ethics, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Certified in Futures Thinking (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, R, and scenario modeling tools
- Experience securing patents in exponential technology domains
- PhD or equivalent in computational sciences, systems theory, or innovation management
