Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Deep expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CII) or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio of successfully launched 2020-2025 innovation initiatives
- Fluency in emerging tech ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Experience with decentralized innovation ecosystems and DAO governance
