- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee the Innovation Lab's $2M annual budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futurism with 8+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and exponential market trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning skills
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Prior success commercializing futuristic concepts within complex organizations
