- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership
- Monitor global innovation trends and competitive landscape shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives
- Build scenarios for disruptive market changes and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Planning (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their applications
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Horizon Scanning or Delphi Method
