Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic vision

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Oversee prototyping of emerging technologies through our innovation lab
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and market analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (required)
