As a key member of our Future Horizons division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to develop 2026-optimized strategies. You'll leverage proprietary trend-analysis frameworks and our patented Quantum Leap Methodology to identify untapped opportunities in AI ethics, climate-tech convergence, and neuro-interfacing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology) to market opportunities
- Author quarterly 'FutureScan' reports analyzing disruption vectors across 15+ industries
- Design and validate 2026 customer experience blueprints integrating AR/VR and ambient computing
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Present strategic visions to executive boards with data-driven visualizations and compelling narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in our proprietary 'Horizon Scanning' methodology
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives across multiple industries
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (articles, white papers)
- Proficiency in strategic visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and futures modeling software
