Responsibilities

- Translate foresight into actionable product development frameworks
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in agile methodologies and design thinking frameworks
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
