Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present quarterly future-state roadmaps to executive leadership and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research centers for emerging tech
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption and future trends
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or equivalent visionary role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
