Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products, services, and business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through pilot programs
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for stakeholders
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Advose on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and societal integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruptions and market shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
