Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating 2026 disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps
- Author forward-thinking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Adv executive teams on strategic pivots for 2026 regulatory and technological shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist research with proven 2030-vision projects
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate modeling, or space economy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology implications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
