Responsibilities

- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive leadership teams
- Identify innovation gaps and recommend R&D investments for future-proofing
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development roadmaps

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
