- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proof principles into corporate DNA
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product innovation
- Author thought leadership frameworks on exponential ethics and responsible innovation
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting breakthrough technologies and advise on adaptive compliance
- Establish KPIs measuring organizational future-readiness across innovation velocity and resilience metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with demonstrable 2026+ impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF) required
- Portfolio showcasing published future scenarios or strategic frameworks adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Mastery of horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills distilling complex futures for diverse stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
