Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Design innovation pipelines for emerging domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Coordinate cross-functional sprints with R&D and product teams
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills using advanced analytics tools
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., ACIF, CPSI)
