Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to inform strategic planning for 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate competitive landscape shifts and disruptive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with strategic planning tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating past foresight projects and strategic impact
