Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to future-proof organizational roadmaps
- Present data-driven foresight insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead innovation workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and execution
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to integrate future insights into product development pipelines
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
