Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present compelling trend analyses to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership content
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops to embed future-thinking across departments
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends affecting business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategies from complex future scenarios
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level executives
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
